6 CL (60ML) Tequila Blanco
3 CL (30ML) Fresh Lime Juice
3 CL (30ML) Triple Sec (Cointreau)
Lime wedge for garnish
Salt or sugar to rim the glass (optional)
Instructions
Cut the lemon, reserve a slice for garnish and squeeze to extract the juice. Reserve a little extra juice to help garnish the glass. Moisten the rim of an old-fashioned glass or cocktail glass with the lime juice and, holding it upside down, dip the rim into a flat plate filled with table salt or kosher salt. Place the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously and strain the drink into the decorated glass filled with ice cubes.
6 CL (60ML) Tequila Reposado
12 CL (120ML) Fresh Orange Juice

Slice the oranges, reserve a slice for garnish and squeeze the rest of the fruit to extract the juice. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes, pour in the tequila and orange juice and stir.
