Our agave syrup is made 100% from Tequilana Weber Blue Agave. Production process begins with raw materials careful selection. Agave cores or “pinas” are grounded to extract the juice through a diffuser. Then the agave juice is filtered and heated to hidrolize it, to be finally concentrated by evaporation at 75 Brix.
