Fully matured organically harvested agaves. Produced with double distillation, the result is powerful but balanced, artisanal crafted mezcal. Grown in the center of a wild oak forest and organically harvested, these agaves are imbued with distinctive characteristics.

Starts with a superior Joven in keeping with tradition, then the brand is rested in uncharred new oak barrels for slightly less than a year. Great straight, with a less smokey taste than other mezcals.
